PARKWAY BUILDINGS
The parkway buildings are 2 medical office buildings in the medical district of Gainesville that feature a combined 124,263 of rentable square footage. The first parkway building, deemed parkway 1 or "1485 MOB," was completed in 2011 and features 64,057 rentable square feet. Parkway 1 is 100% occupied and anchored by Advanced Joint Surgery Specialists along with an additional 10 tenants.
Parkway 2, or "1475 MOB," was completed in 2017 and features 60,206 rentable square feet. While also being 100% occupied, Parkway 2 is anchored by Northside hospital who occupies roughly 25% of the building. There are an additional 4 tenants in the building.
