Located in Winnsboro, SC, this property was built in 1861 as the private residence of James N. Shedd. The property was later converted to a hotel and opened in 1924 as the Fairfield Inn. In 1959 the property was purchased and turned into the Fairfield Country Club for which it remained as until its closure in 2012. Capstone purchased the property in 2024 and is in the process of converting it back into a hotel with an event space and upscale restaurant.
